Documents Required for Travel

• Original passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of tour arrival along with sufficient blank pages for the stamping of visa
• A valid Tourist Visa for the duration of the tour
• Handwritten passport is not acceptable

Passenger Obligation:

1. All passengers arriving or departing into Maharashtra or other state will need to carry a negative RT-PCR test done within 46hours to 72 hours of arrival into the state. RT-PCR timeline starts from the passenger’s entry from any part of country into Maharashtra.(Kindly check the airline guidelines for the same)

Terms & Conditions

 

ü  GST shall be applicable over and above the package prices.

ü  Your e-tickets will be sent 3 days before departure in case of fixed departure.

ü  The package price does not include – Expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees etc.

ü  All booking confirmation will be done after full payment received.

ü  Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.

ü  In case of any Visa denial or any delay in Visa process we shall not be responsible for any loss Due to the same and no refund will be applicable. Visa approval and process duration is as per Consulate / embassy discretion. We cannot guarantee if visa shall be granted and duration to Process the same.

ü  Hotel check at 11am for domestic sector and 3pm for International sector.

ü  All Travelers must have valid passport & visa or the required documents for visa at the time of booking. Vyaptee Tourism reserves the right to dishonor the booking.

ü  Hotel Security Deposit at the Check In/City Taxes/Tourism Fees over which Vyaptee Tourism has no control.

ü  * Burj Khalifa Entrance (Tickets subject to availability as per the date and time slot available at the time of actual booking, and if the tickets are not available so we will refund you the amount, but if the client really wants to opt for the tour then they can buy the ticket at the Burj Khalifa counter on the spot by paying the Rack Rate which is approx USD 110/- per ticket)

ü  In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.

ü  Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.( AC will not work on hills )

ü  Package rates are subject to change without prior notice, Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, Festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / rerouting of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.

ü  It is mandatory for all guests to carry valid photo ID's (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card).

ü  PAN Card is not accepted at many places as a valid photo ID.

ü  Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.

ü  Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the

ü  Concerned authority.

ü  Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation Charges.

ü  Any refund payable to the Guest (if any applicable as per cancellation policy) will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing

ü  Charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

ü  From 1 June 2016 onwards if any invoice amount is above 2 lacs and mode of payment full or partial is in cash (cash paid at counter or deposited in bank) 1% TCS will be applicable and to be deposited extra on total amount and PAN card copy has to be shared.

ü  Also do read booking procedure which is given in every package details.

ü  The Company reserves the right to: Take the booking for the group tour and individual tour.

ü  Cancel bookings even after the acceptance of the payment without assigning any reason. In this Case the company shall refund the money to the guest.

ü  Dismiss any guest from the tour for misbehavior especially if it affects the group and Physical or

ü  Verbal assault to the Tour Manager.

ü  Withdraw discounts at any point of time.

ü  Change the routing of Air Travel.

ü  Change hotel and/tour programme due to unavoidable circumstances.

ü  Vyaptee Tourism reserves right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time.

ü  Vyaptee Tourism reserve right to cancel the booking at any time.

ü  Delay in getting Visa or submitting the required documents is not Vyaptee Tourism liability or responsibility

ü  All booking confirmation will be done after full payment received.

ü  We reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any given time.

ü  Vyaptee Tourism have right to change the itinerary/ hotel/transportation at any time.

ü  If guest/customer fails to board the flight or fails to reach to any other services provided is not Vyaptee Tourism’s liability.

ü  If Guest fails to be on time according to the plan of tour Vyaptee Tourism Pvt Ltd is not liable and have right to cancel the remaining tour services.

ü  Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.

ü  Rates are subject to change in case of any additional taxes, government fees change etc.

ü  Any meals and services unless mentioned in the itinerary, are not included.

ü  In case of unavailability in the mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel

ü  All water activities are subject to weather conditions.

ü  Vyaptee Tourism reserves the right to change/modify or terminate the offer anytime at its own discretion and without any prior notice. 
. Ferry sailing is subject to weather conditions. Alternate arrangements will be made in case sailing does not take place due to weather or payload restriction. However, Vyaptee Tourism will not be responsible for refunding any amount due to non-sailing of ferry and will be governed by our cancellation policy. The itinerary flow is subject to change.

ü  Booking Amount is non refundable

ü  Vyaptee Tourism Pvt. Ltd. would not be responsible and specifically disclaims any responsibility if any customer’s /guest’s/ passenger’s report of Sars Cov 2 (Corona) or any other disease’s comes positive. Refund in this case against cancellation will be done as per cancellation policy only if written cancellation request is done by the customer/guests/passenger, by email or physical written application.

ü  Vyaptee Tourism Pvt. Ltd. would not be responsible and specifically disclaims any responsibility for repatriating or bearing any quarantine or related costs of any passengers.

ü  Tour sightseeing cost will be non-refundable if lockdown happens during the tour.

 

 

Note:

ü  Written cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday, Any cancellation sent on Sunday's will be considered on next working day (Monday).

ü  We will not be responsible for any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances like landslides, road blocks, bad weather, etc.

ü  For the X-mas and New Year period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan the payment is non-refundable.

ü  In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

 

ü  Check In 3pm & Check out 12pm for international sector as per hotel policy.

ü  Check in 12:00 noon & check out 12 noon for Domestic sector as per hotel policy.

ü  In case of non-availability of rooms at the hotel mentioned, we shell provide alternative hotels of similar category.
Meals Timings will be as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible.
We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of trains or buses due to weather or any other issues & are not liable for it.

ü  Extra cost would be applicable for any extra services which is not mentioned in above package.

ü  In case of no show - 100% of package price will be applicable as cancellation charges.

ü  Cancellation Due To Visa Rejection

ü  All the clients travelling on a tour must be in possession of a valid visa. However kindly note that it

ü  is entirely at the discretion of the concerned Consulate / Authorities to grant / reject visa even

ü  after submitting all relevant documents and the company will not be held responsible for the Same. The company is not at all liable for such cases or has any influence on the

ü  Consulate/embassy’s decision the role of the company is only to provide necessary guidance to the client for the purpose of applying for Visa. The company will not be responsible for noninsurance of visa due to receipt of incomplete / delayed documents from the Clients. It is a Possibility that the consulate may ask the passengers to appear for a personal interview. This is at the sole discretion of the Consulate / Authorities. If the required documents are not submitted

ü  by the client, the issuance of visa will further be delayed / rejected, and the client will not hold

ü  Vyaptee Toursim for the same. Client should adhere to all the norms and conditions laid by the consulate/embassy Upon rejection of visa, if the client wishes to reapply for the visa, he/she is

ü  liable to pay again the requisite fee to the consulate and he/she will not claim from Vyaptee Tourism Loss/Damage

ü  Company is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the stay in the

ü  Hotel or while traveling in the coach. Due to theft or loss of baggage, tour participant can lodge a complaint with the local authorities on his/her sole discretion, cost, risk and consequences

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

ü  80% Payment should be made by guest at the time of confirmation of any tour or service.
Full Payment should be credited to our bank account 10 days before the tour date in case of Cheque, NEFT, RTGS, Cash payments. Incase guest fails to do the same tour will be cancelled and the advance payment will be taken as cancellation charges.
In case of Cheque payments cheques should be cleared before 10 days of journey start date, in case of failure of the same tour will be cancelled and the amount will be charged as cancellation charges, in case of customer stops the cheque he is still liable to pay the same.

ü  80% Advance Payment received from the client for Holiday package Booking, Hotel Booking, Cab booking, etc is strictly non-refundable in case of cancellation of trip or Modification of trip(After bookings are done) Or if Client preponed or postponed trip then that booking is considered to be cancelled. Vyaptee Tourism will not refund any advance under these conditions.

ü  In case of no show - 100% of package price will be applicable as cancellation charges.

THE FOLLOWING POINTS ARE TO BE NOTED FOR CHILD RATE

·        Children above 10+ years will be charged 100% as per Adult Rate (EPSR)

·        Children of 5+ to 10 sharing parent’s room will be charged as per CWB or CNB

·        Children below 5 years Complimentary for Indian Sectors

(Hotels are very strict with the child policy. Please carry the age proof so that it can be produced when asked for)

Force Majeure Situations:

ü  In case of force majeure conditions, Vyaptee Tourism reserves the right to change / modify / vary / alter the tour itinerary and/ or tour tariff accordingly. Such changes etc. shall be intimated to guest/s, prior to the start of the tour or on tour as the case may be. Additional charges, if any, due to such changes etc. over and above the tour tariff have to be paid by the guest/s before or on tour itself as the case may be.
